Together We Raised $50,300 at Our First Gala to Support Victims of Violence—It was a perfect evening for community - from guests sharing personal words of emotion after visiting the Tour with our live artist who incorporated their words into a one-of-a-kind art piece, relaxing and catching up during the champagne reception, sitting together and sharing our family-style, locally sourced meal and Arizona wines, to experiencing the emotion behind the why of how important this Center will be for victims of violence. The groundbreaking ceremony for the Gilbert Advocacy Center took place on January 13, 2025, marking the official start of construction on this transformative facility. Once completed, the center will provide vital, compassionate services for crime victims in the community. It will feature spaces for victim advocates to offer support, forensic interview rooms to assist with police investigations, private counseling and group therapy rooms, and a comfortable, respectful environment designed to meet the needs of those seeking help. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended the event and showed their support for this important initiative.
